thats a good question look what is being built. the chip shortage and arizona got huge projects going up rich boys coming from cali buying up houses n building more. the regular joe just tryin to get by. the tourist are what makes az and thats been around 4ever. lake levels?????

@James Carlson There are second home lenders that lend to US citizens buying in tourist zones (PV being one of them) that qualify you based on conventional second home standards.

We have a few small tourist draws but not a lot.
