Oh, it is so hard to adjust to working in tiny fragments of time!

I'm not entirely ignorant of Real Estate, I just need one break to prove this fact.I want to have a home locked in before I arrive with all of my household items and no house!

, as a reward I get to buy a cute "tiny house" on 3 acres by Lake Huron for $5K down on a nice land contract (so much better than buying an expensive purse or something)...

At one time there were more PHD's in tiny Brevard County than anywhere except Silicon Valley (unsure if this is still true, but I know many are still there).Fort Myers is unique in that it is one of the top five growth markets in the United States, AND deals can still be found on the inexpensive end.

Less to clean 😉 I say all of this to get to the point of, how would you guys go about asking someone if you could use their land to park your Tiny House?

I used a household power washer but I think it might need more than water to remove the grime.  

Do you know what tax liabilities I will have with selling tiny houses?

Because this is considered a "cloudy" deed and there is a tiny chance of the person that lost it at tax sale making a claim on the property, the bank will not mortgage on a tax deed.  

I'm looking for a website that has neighborhood metrics like house prices, rental prices, median household incomes, % renters, etc. 

Low cost and effective, takes a tiny bit more work but if all I have to do is go on the two sites and update the prices it's worth it.
