I wanted everyone to know that we will have a table for registration in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Convention Center hotel from 4pm until 10pm on Thursday, March 22, and registration will begin at 7am on Friday, March 23 at the Convention Center.I STRONGLY encourage you to try and register on Thursday to try and avoid the morning rush.We'll have signs, so you won't miss it!

You can try to get an operating income statement from an appraiser.It usually costs money but you could try to lobby for them to provide it free and you could use them on the purchase possibly for the appraisal.

They will pay $1,500 per meter (which is approximately 27 light sets).We got approved for $6,000 worth of free lighting for our largest building (4 meters - 10k sf) and it basically covers all of the lighting in the building except those in the lobby.
