Everyone stopped responding to us and their emails wouldn't go through.

I reached out to the company I used and received this in the email reply:  "You are also the company applicant, since you are directing us to file this for you."

At the bottom of the email it says there’s a $250 upfront fee for the consultation.

Certified mail, email, post to door, etc?

@Dan McGrew every now and then when I advertise a unit I get an email similar to this saying a requirement is illegal, and it is not.
