I am not saying that you can't make money here in the city and surrounded areas but rather that you are climbing a hill and have lot's of competition and even then you're money doesn't get a 1/3 of what you can get in other areas.

The surrounding properties are average stick-built homes or mobiles with fences, nice yards, trees, etc.

If it is surrounded by single family homes, then it is not likely.

I'm glad to be a part of the BiggerPockets family in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas as well as the total virtual community. 

Sometimes I struggle with southern NH and if you can expect any rental growth above inflation - I understand it's proximity to Boston (but you're looking at least 1+ hour commute) and that prices in Boston and surrounding areas are continuing to drive people further from the city. 

Looking to surround myself with both experienced and newbie folks excited about real estate.

I see these developments being good for an area but I'm not sure if they will actually be the game changer that many think .plenty of places in the country where there are stadiums but the surrounding area is run down or high crime .I also see investing with negative cash flow being risky .

The realtor has not responded to inquiries surrounding the property.
