So on Fridays he would take a few complaint cards that came in about the Mac and Cheese and personally call the folks of course to hear him tell it was quite humorous calling ( normally a house wife) and explain NO I am the President of STauffer and I want to hear why or how we can improve our Mac and Cheese..

I would use cleaning services but it's my understanding I could use more than one company over the course of the year to limit how many hours one company spends on it.I'm looking into a utilitarian STR more for business travelers, so this won't be one where everything is perfect, it's bound to accumulate wear and tear I think.The STR would be out of state, but I plan to travel there for probably two weeks a year where I would perform many repairs myself.

If you file your taxes and you have 5 kids and you don't take that deduction, you missed out on the loophole- the IRS designed it this way- the ENTIRE system is a loophole and those that know how to navigate it reap its benefits and of course some of us miss them and find them later.
