Brutal in Redding!

I spent a year in Boston, Somerville actually, within a block of the red line.

Also I haven't heard of many if any people doing this up here, could be a red flag or could be an untapped market? 

My property manager has no problem with this and gives me a call to provide some background on those top contenders (i.e. types of pets if any, special circumstances, potential red flags, etc.).  

The red cross and FEMA offer assistance. 

Did you remove the little feature that put a little red line under stuff I didn't spell right?

or if you're looking to buy those properties do you generally just have to expect to pay for $600-$900 worth of inspections to cover yourself from any red flags?

That little slow down made some of the loans go into default before they were securitized which is a HUGE red flag. 

Any red flags we should watch out for?  

I am focusing on roughly 12 unit properties in the Hixson, Soddy, Red Bank area or renovating something on the outskirts of downtown and creating something similar.
