If I remember correctly I think we finally came to the conclusion that you had never wholesaled a property, so it was probably best for you to not be telling people what they should or shouldn't be doing in an area that you have no experience with.Or maybe that was just my conclusion.

Its a 1945 story and a half house with slanted 2n't floor ceilings and no attic.You can see most new tape joints as they are soggy, all lights filled up with water, outlets had water dribbling out of them, even basement had plenty of water dripping into it.

It is a great example of why one must be careful when reading about real estate in the popular media. 1st paragraph "pool of available homes has dwindled dramatically" This lead them to the conclusion as to why in the 2nd paragraph they said"In May inventory levels grew by nearly 6%"Paragraph 5 talks about inventory "jumping' Which contradicts their rational in the 1st paragraph the prices are increasing due to decrease inventory.

My personal experience had lead to me to this conclusion, to which i welcome challenges: People really don't care WHO you are AT FIRST, all they want is a home/apt to rent/buy.The ONLY thing that matters when it comes to filling your properties is letting the world know it's available to be rented.
