I really think now that I have the building running smooth and cash flowing I have made it look too easy and they think they can do it themselves.. but I hear it all the time that they pay me too much and I m being fired soon..

You always want the city on your side (or as close to it as possible) to foreclose future issue and that starts with finding out the how on your own before bringing an expeditor to smooth the process.

@Jeremy H. that sand additive is also a good thing to do on smooth concrete slabs that are likely to get wet.

My advice is to find out what is causing the contractor to leave the job and then seek the contractors cooperation on the transition to the new GC.

It did not go smoothly and still happily got done.

There’s a large row of cedar trees surrounding the main part of the property where I already have 6 parking spots and this was a transit van.

It is still transitioning, so it is block by block, but the rents have been pretty astounding.
