Guys, no offense, if I wanted to get grilled at a deposition, I'd go to court. 

In addition, tenant complained that there is a possibly a mold in kitchen grill (dark spots on kitchen grill).

I do NOT want to rent to any more smokers.

I don't care if the co-signer has pets or is a smoker (things I do not allow for renters).

Can I refuse to show the property to a prospect who is a smoker and the property is non-smoking ( one of the qualification standards)?

When I asked them if they were a smoker, they said no.
