Great info, but I have to respectfully disagree on investment vs speculation. 

I truly respect that, since I have mulched my own path (where others said travel was impossible) on occasion.

This is the 3rd or so message board that I have found with similar claims with respect to ABC Capital.

We all love investing, but something a lot of people learned in the 2008 crash was that risk plays a large part, rather we like it or not, and we have to respect that. 

Stand out by being someone people respect, trust, and know they can get a good deal from.

Im not saying I want to be them, I just respect where and how they did and became what they are.

Strive for respectful, open, honest and clear communication.

The sheer cost and volume of massive ongoing direct mail, bird dogging, etc that goes into what they do is a serious effort and one to be respected.

You don't need to apologize or worry about bad reviews when guests are not respecting the terms of your agreement.

With respect, police in general today are much too busy fighting meth, heroin and opioid dealing/use to worry much about cannabis--that's an 'off the record' comment from a detective we know.So, assess the situation, take positive action, don't worry and keep moving forward!
