As we all know, contractors have their own reputation, anywhere in the country, but I firmly believe there are still the few that are honest and reliable and will work at a good price.

I am a new investor in Fort Worth, TX looking for a reputable attorney for a LLC formation and associated documents with tax structuring.

I know PMI Georgia has a great reputation in Atlanta and the owners of the company are investors also.

I had no money in the deal, thus I had the least risk (minus your reputation), and any profit is an 'infinite' return.

It just gives you a reputation of being unreliable when it comes to closing.

Agreed, I understand things happen and there's civility and reputation to maintain. 

I don't think any of reputable PMs folks use here on BP do that.

Hi all,There are many reputable companies who will list properties (for sale) on realtor.ca for a flat fee without the use of an agent, hence saving commissions, but I haven't been able to find anyone reputable for leases. 

This will establish you as a reputable company it will also be able to link you with your leads .2#  Make it make since You must have properties that are at a low enough price for your investors and be able to make a profit at the same time .
