If I did not live here, no I would probably not invest here ... that has nothing to do with one market being better than another in my mind but rather my belief and observation over the years that the advantages of being a skilled local investor tend to trump any perceived or actual advantages of investing remotely in some other far away market.

@Sam Josh the short answer is rampant ignorance, charged and driven by entities set to profit from belief in an impending doom, coupled with a means to blast out thoughts and opinions unto the world unchecked, unfettered, with no real means for the average person to accurately discern who's voice is that of legitimacy or lunacy. 

Even with the limited inventory the folks at the median seem happy to sit out of the market and wait in the belief that prices will come back down (I don't think that is going to happen) or they go out and buy a brand new track home. 

I think this society is relentlessly trying to brainwash you into the belief that your career should be your passion.

The allegations would be "On information and belief..." but they wholesaler's attorney would just deny the allegation in their response, wouldn't they?  

The predominantly held belief is the west side is the “ good” side and east side is the dangerous “bad “side .  

It is the confidence you get from knowing you know that makes you unbreakable in your beliefs and what you can accomplish.

I generally espouse the belief that if you are planning to live in the multifamily, you really can't go wrong, even if your tenants' rent doesn't fully cover the payments.

Not to bash any sort of religious fundraiser, but that's a flag right there.
