@Arn Cenedella This is such a great question, and I'm glad you're looking into getting a coach or mentor so that you can hit the ground running and don't have to reinvent the wheel.Personally, I've been part of multiple training groups and mentoring programs and have found value from each of them.

It looks uncommon and I'd rather not try to reinvent the wheel.

If it does not add value you do not spend money beyond necessary repairs.There is absolutely no reason to reinvent the wheel if the system is functioning as is.

Although I have read reread it and reference from time to time in reference to my flip it gives you a detailed road map to work from (nice to not have to reinvent the wheel!)

In response to suburban flight, our cities will have an opportunity to respond by reimagining their public realm, building more resiliently, and re-inventing retail (that was already struggling before the pandemic).

So many are trying to reinvent the wheel.
