You don’t want to tear the house down, and start rebuilding it from scratch.

However, Intuit does not stand by their product, their customer service is horrid, and most of their employees appear to be outsourced to India - and nary a one speaks clear english - and a lack of communication does nothing more than to increase the frustration and eventually persuade one to give up - which I now believe may be the ultimate goal.And I will not even get into the man hours I personally had to put in (16 hour days for months) to repair and rebuild the financial records cannibalized by their own software.Sorry for the rant.

Acquiring financial freedom will allow my family to live our desired lifestyle, debt free, with no more stress each month struggling to make ends meet, secure our daughter’s future and continue to build wealth so that we can be a blessing to others and help to rebuild our communities and create opportunities for others to find the same success.  

Hi Michael Noto,The current projects are one in Middlefield which is done with demo and the rebuilding in going (however slow, which I can elaborate on with a full write up on that place), and another in Meriden I picked up a week and a half ago.

He was going to tear it down and rebuild on the property but clearly that was no longer an option for him once he found out the true situation. 

I do energy efficiency updates when it is cost effective, for instance if I need to replace a window anyway, or if I am removing a wall, or rebuilding a floor.

I guarantee that 99% of the homes in NOLA that had this sheathing did not remove it before rebuilding.

The home was completely gutted, the family next door decided to knock theirs down and rebuild on 10' piers.

If something happened, could I rebuild? 

Make no major changes to the premise, such as painting, rebuilding, removing or repairing without the Landlord’s consent.
