I am planning on purchasing a $350k property with DSCR loan.

We currently have a construction loan on the properties and we would like to refi to a more conventional loan.

The tenant supposedly had complained for months to the property manager that the furnace was not working.

Simon, my investment group does lots of properties in Pitt. 

He has opened his doors up to us before to his personal house and cares about people actually making it.I got my first BRRRR property completed last year as a direct result of me being in the Academy.

I'd keep an eye on ancillary properties that become available.

I am looking to wholesale my first property in the South Florida market since, I'm starting local.As a new wholesaler, I am looking to connect with investors/buyers/agents in the area to hopefully bring business to and get advice that I may not be aware of. 

My understanding is that typically, a homeowner must live in the property for at least a year before converting it to a rental.

I am eager to learn the ins and outs of fixing and flipping properties and would love to hear from those with experience in the field.
