I do know of people that play the arbitrage game of pulling a HELOC or personal line of credit and using that money to invest in syndications.  

Took me a little getting used to there in Philly when they say hey we need 3 weeks to close when i close deals on the west coast in 3 days.. then it was explained to me about the Water billing etc.. so got to play the cards your dealt.  

Screening’s hard and harder still knowing that the only guarantee in this industry is that if you play the game long enough you WILL encounter a professional fraudster that fools you and costs you lost rent.

I’m kind of just excited to play the game, it has taken me a really long time to save up for this 🙌🏻
