Hello BP, i'm relatively new and just starting to build some momentum with two cash flowing SFH rentals.

Congrats on getting the ball rolling and I hope you can keep up the momentum. 

Sorry for the ignorance but I am new to this and trying hard to get the momentum rolling while gathering information and executing at the same time.

It gives you a lot of security and once you get a few good properties, it really gains momentum.  

Start looking for deals, start looking for investors...get momentum going. 

I used to do municipal consulting around there and I always wondered what it would take for the area to really build some investment momentum.

Once you get that first deal done you will gain confidence and momentum and everything snowballs from there. 

I want to loosen any rust and stuff that lost momentum on its way out
