Multi family properties here in the valley are tougher to come by than a lot of other states. 

Multi-family units (duplexes, triplexes) allow you to maximize rental income while maintaining some personal space.

With that being said, there are brokerages who focus on multi-family investments and those typically will focus on Duplexes and up.

It really seems like a multi-pronged approach is needed to tackle affordability in Texas in a lasting way.

Has anyone used or know of a similar system for multi-member LLC's?
