The less we think about the effects of aberrant psychological neuroses in keeping us slaving at out miserable jobs for bosses who are just as or even more miserable than we are, the more likely we are to stay on the hamster wheel of debt, credit, and overspending, locked into our jobs with no exit in sight.

It truly makes me miserable, and I think having more time to focus on learning to invest and trade in the stock market among other things would be worth it in the long run. 

I prefer Tahoe, I lived in Reno, Carson, Minden over the years and the daily afternoon winds coming down into the valley just make it miserable (for me). west side in the trees was the only house I had that wasn't miserable in the wind because it had the charm of rustling trees but out in the valley it's treeless and annoying. if its just for investment and you wont have to live in the wind there are still deals if you hunt. a friend of mind found a great deal inn the Ranchos, easily fit into 70%arv model which was surprising in this market.

Neighbors can make your life miserable, government can kill you and both can destroy any hopes of equity.

I for one would probably fail miserably at any kind of design work on our properties.

When I attended your webinar and listened to your testimony about working for companies thus feeling miserable...it was almost as if you read my mind. 

But, i was parked at a gas station watching a guy go to his "car payment" to get a smoke and then have to go back in to a miserable job to pay for his car.

What drives me is knowing that if I don't invest in myself and invest in my future, I'll soon be poor and miserable.
