. ________ rents his places to low life’s who threaten to kill people”, etc.Had no business being on there, obviously had no relevance to his ability as a medical provider, and the issue was being handled in the appropriate manner but it still goes on some “social media/rating” site that he has no control over but patients may look at.Dangerous world...

Imagine you are a Medical Doctor, a Dentist, etc.

They get a receipt for the rent and its all over.I also tell them that if for some reason they dont pay on the 8th I have already given them notice and I will start eviction procedures.

@Alex Mayberry I second @Kevin Hoag comments and would add the following comments.Water damage should not have a limit listed.If you want sewer back up, consider raising the ded to $500 or $1000You could delete Medical Payments. 

You can fix that by replacing the current one or by enforcing your policies and procedures, if you have them.What does your lease say about late rent?
