How have others stayed organized with bookeeping when they are starting out?

If in the right, ya got nothing to fear, just be organized, make it simple for judge to rule in your favor.

I need help on how to start a system to buy and sell tax deeds.

(for those not in the know, Netflix's original business plan was rental media via mail delivery, streaming was not even a concept or thought then).  

And I would argue he's smarter than the average bear.I have a rental that has been vacant for six months (I'm holding it for a charitable organization) and costing me over $2,000 a month.

I’m not much for social media, so I would not have thought about that.

If the conversation is substantial, add them on social media, collect their name, email & phone number and share yours as well. 

Once you blowing them away with your asset manager skills, then move into larger roll in the organization...always ask for a piece of the equity on every deal, no matter how small.

I have found the best way for me is to go in and organically network.
