This could definitely be a red flag, but we would need to know more beforehand.

Except one thing...2nd: Refinancing isn't free (usually, unless your broker factors it into the rate they're giving you and then it's definitely not "free").

I’ve never actually been legally owed money before so I was green on how to handle things while trying to be understanding and respecting other lifestyles and career choices.

IT can definitely be improved from an ROI standpoint with metered and reassigning all utilities, charging for laundry, renting garages to tenants, renting storage space.I own a portfolio of duplexes and single family properties that are doing well. 

I definitely need to check out local real estate networking groups.  

I’m definitely not an extrovert, and I’m not a big fan of talking to people in general.

I definitely want to align myself with a good brokerage and start building good reputation.

That said, depending on your business, you can definitely get creative with tax deductions for your RV or boat.One thought—it’s too bad you’re not considering the RV as your primary residence.
