If you search on BP from just a couple months ago you will find tons of posts of Tucson being in the top five or top ten "hottest" markets over the past year because of property appreciation.So to paint a more complete picture, I would say that is is difficult to find 1% properties because of the Seller's market we have been (and continue to be) in.
