If they think you have a hot spot that can't be beat, they might gladly pay for the whole upgrade but if its one of many similar units, forget it.

Now personally I'm glad AirDNA is giving out these false reports because of course that's more money for me but the area that I invest in is an obvious hot spot for Airbnb.
