I'm reading about the market in Huntsville, AL and how several big changes are on the horizon (Toyota mega-plant, FBI office expansion, Facebook data center). 

My time horizon is 5 to 10 years.

Although I'm currently backed up on good reads moving forward, I probably have enough of a time horizon to get through them and into the commercial books by the time I'm ready. 

Lovely place, lots of upside on the horizon! 

I can't speak about San Antonio, but what I can say is that Baltimore is on the horizon for growth.
