Lots of people have been sold on SFR as investments and are SHOCKED when the reality of repairs, depreciation, tenants, and negative cash flow rear their ugly heads.  

Then go to the next question.If you do this over and over and ONLY read the correct answer then ONLY the correct answer will be in your head the day of the test.

We grew rapidly at first, but for the last few years have been a bit stagnant and are not sure what the best next steps are to continue growing.

Bluffton/Beaufort/HHI are growing rapidly but still relatively doable compared with Charleston and the coastal areas.

You should read the Bloomfield master plan to see if development is headed in the right direction for your investment goals.  

In my opinion I believe NE SA is going to develop the most rapidly towards Austin and vice versa.
