If you have a local REI club in your area, I would seek out another investor and ask them to coach you through the deal.With such a high price tag, you definitely want to be careful, however it could end up being one of those "smokin" deals!

Believe me, I have quite a few going right now....and if you look at the FSBO lists vs. the RMLS listings tagged for short sales...you will see, in the histories, that the homes start out well above what they owe and eventually drop to the short sale point...and then they list as a short sale in the RMLS.I agree that you can do a short sale without listing on the RMLS...I said MOST banks require it.I am confused how a bank would step in and offer to sell the property...banks don't sell properties unless they own them in REO.

It has no picture, contact info, and a tag line or something like "Real Estate Investor" or President of my company's name (I can't remember and it's not on me right now---deadly sin)2) The others are bright yellow We Buy Houses CASH cards with as much persuasive copy and benefits as I could cram onto it as possible.
