I was offering $600 back after a fulfilled 2 year contract, then I saw a post that stated a tenant can get out of a lease a lot easier than a landlord can. having experienced good tenants going bad I decided I would rather do 1 year contract that converts to month to month.also check your state laws about long term contracts 3 years may be a problem.

This is also a good example of why you document all interactions with your tenant -- and I would actually agree that texting is a great way to do this.I would fulfill the agreement by sending a detailed list of deductions, along with the deposit minus the $200.

I can tell you that my vampire literature and Italian film studies classes that I took to fulfill general ed requirements have done GREAT things for my real estate business. -.- If you do decide to pursue real estate, you will have the flexibility to do college classes if you decide that's something that will benefit you.
