I studied RE development and investment for my MBA, I am the building inspector for the town where I live and I worked as a contractor before switching to only working on my own deals.

Are you planning to live in the property or use it purely as an investment?

I even asked Steve, the super muscly front man for Tyler from the first free event how he got started in real estate 25 years ago… he said he started with a single family home he lived in for years… definitely was not this program.

Not sure if this will go against the culture here but if I read correctly and you are considering tying up your primary residence to an investment property please reconsider leveraging the home your family lives in. 

So you need to live there.

I called and emailed Nomad daily and could not reach a live person, even in an emergency.

The buyers and renters in that area, due to the low income, won't have any other options in terms of where they can live.
