I PLAN TO.....Not to be disrespectful, but it would be very prudent for you to sit down with a CPA, an attorney, perhaps your banker, and formulate a list of questions that apply to your projects.

The key here is knowing the tax, finance, and investing knowledge or having a well formulated team that can help you carry out the mission.

Send them a good old fashioned letter, or knock their door if you're feeling ballsy.Another trick is to find properties owned by LLCs or INCs on the public record, then search your state's business registry (if it has one) for the company's formulation documents.

I would not want to gamble my personal money on pricing services that have just called around to formulate unit prices.Lastly, I know everyone want to be on a budget and save money where possible.
