My parents have a business and own rental property, they want to do REI full time but make excuses; for example they tell me they are busy selling one of their smog shops and partnering with someone else, or selling a property in sacramento & buying a short sale in LA, or busy watching my little sisters softball games.

Re: Brokers - I have no idea who is well respected - I just know who advertises at the local football games :D  But I'll broaden my search - there are just soooo many real estate offices in my area.

@Jasmine Hu It's been my experience that bedroom rates for old houses are similar to new construction and sometimes more if they're really close to the bars/football stadium.

I used to coach college football and have been to Missoula to take down the griz haha But yes Montana is God’s country!

*Real* football is often played in snow ... it just adds to the ambiance :)

I am planning to start renting the condo I owned, and, in this area, right across the street from the football stadium, I will most likely attract college students.

If all that isn't bad enough, even the Houston Oilers of the National Football League have threatened to leave town unless a financially strapped city hall coughs up enough money to renovate the 22-year-old Astrodome.Although many of those caught in Houston's economic vise grip have loaded their cars and moved on, thousands have stayed, if only because they are too broke to leave.Those so-called ''new poor'' still are flooding government programs and social agencies, looking for help.

That's all that i'm trying to show, its not about the labels that we put on each other to close off a discussion without thinking logically about a situation and solve problem.My own opinion on why africans sold each other is no different than the reasons the romans had the coliseum and slaughtered christians and others in their bloody shows that drew people to watch, why do we have football teams based on states, why do we have spelling bee, why do golfers play, basketball players, hockey, gunners shoot?
