Investors, cash flowers or house hackers, all have one mentality in common, "everything is for sale for the right price."

When we say redecoration, we're either talking about a new sofa & love seat or going to the cemetery to put fresh flowers on the graves!

Mu grandmother had her house next door to a church parking lot and she had a flower garden under her kitchen window.

I wouldn't buy fresh cut flowers from someone who dealt in porn or that condones passing along unethical and/or illegal business activities, or conducts it,  it's not about their right to do so, it's about ethics and being a good business citizen.

It was the only room with wallpaper and slightly flowered but not overpowering. 

I changed to a higher pitch roof which gave the home a much larger appearance from the curb, I added a glass wagon wheel to the double garage door, I also added to Windows to the side of the garage to give it more light and also give it a different exterior appearance, and an additional amount of flowers and bushes to the front landscape.
