Now they just did a stock option deal at4 cents a share and my wife being top agent got a bunch of those that she exercised and now owns but they have almost 700 agents now and have expanded to Vegas and parts of CA..

Do the option to buy until you hit the year mark, then ask the buyer to exercise the option.Monthly lease payments (if rented to meet the year mark) cannot go toward the loan payments.

The cool part is that IF they do not exercise the option, any and all payments are forfeited and you can sell the home again.I highly recommend that you have an attorney draft these agreements for you if you decide to go this route.
