Scared to the point that looking down makes you hesitant to jump, even though there is safety equipment in place.

@David Dachtera:  While insurance may be partially responsible, it certainly doesn't explain why I can carry any non-electrical piece of equipment into the building.  

My father's reasoning is this:Throughout his career, he has always used the commercial property as collateral when he needed to build a building on the property or purchase a large piece of equipment.

The winter season is shorter, they don't have equipment to take care of it like we do here.Do all the research and visiting before you uproot and make a move south

More info:He owns the building he works out of and his equipment and records are obviously worth something, but the equipment is not very modern and his records are still paper records.  

(i know its done with more precise equipment than just a wheel) and I know I should get a survey obviously but Im just trying to get a general Idea of where I can expect the lot line to be. 

I own bed bug heat treatment equipment and recommend that you negotiate the price based off heat treatment as opposed to spray.

It certainly won't be very efficient and I wonder what the equipment will cost.I agree with the others.
