People are spending 400k for an ADU but Boxabl offers a studio, with appliances, full kitchen and full bath for 60k.

I kind of didn't want to mention that on the listing so that it wouldn't turn people away before they even had a chance to see it in person.

Lots of people who have trailers don't own the property they are on and sell them.As for the owner of the land expecting tenants to do repairs-there shouldn't be many repairs required to the land, just the trailer that is on it (which your grandmother owns and should be responsible for maintaining).
