People need to know and understand what is legal and acceptable to stay out of trouble, ignorance of the law is no excuse nor is ignorance in suggesting to act hazardously an excuse to post.I'd say that in any business you are confronted in situations where ethics and the legality of doing something comes into question, everyone in business at one time or another will need to decide what direction to take and how far they need to or can go, you can't be in business and not be confronted with these aspects.

RCG has trained a number of MLO firms over several states in their structural and compliance responsibilities successfully (meaning agreement by state regulators as to the methodology), but most are not knowledgeable enough to transact the process correctly.There is a confrontation about to happen with two MLO firms in California that are advertising what you are suggesting without the structure being correct, that will include RCG and two independent California law firms later this month.

He was originally charged by the county district attorney.The confrontation was taking place in Gates' kitchen, and the cop asked Gates to step outside before arresting him; so it's fairly clear that the cop knew the laws around disorderly conduct.
