You are thinking this is a problem with a leak with freshwater but this time of year basements often flood because of spring rains/snow melting etc....so could be coming in the from walls, up from the drain tile, not likely to be coming from the sewer if it isn't sewer water but that can't be ruled out either. 

Want their properties to shine to obtain repeat clients and ratings.New vanities, tile, swimming pool shape, up dated showers. etc.Scottsdale is the place!

@Franko Shenault big difference between IL an WI - you don't need an attorney to close a deal in Wisconsin, your agent writes and reviews the contract and the tile company facilitates the rest.

Added tile to kitchen floor and painted kitchen cabinets.

There are some stains in the dropped ceiling, and there is one corner of the house that has settled resulting in broken tiles.

It is more greige and is just dark enough imo, but it really depends on your tile.

Eg:  Here's a picture of the tile/flooring I would like and they come back with something not quite what you had envisioned.
