Since I am fairly new to real estate, it is kind of a catch 22 where you want to save on the interest, but at the same time you also want to save for the next rental deals.

Cardon podcast, but he had a story about a competitive offer.In his case he did a video of himself explaining who he is and why he wants to buy the property and what he plans to do for it.He also added that he was going to catch a red-eye coast to coast flight to mee with the seller the next day.This was a big property, so I wouldn't add the red-eye part ;>))Cheers,Buddy

Here is the catch.

The cashiers check will be fake and pass the bank, then they'll catch it and the money will come back out and your acct flagged.

He said it was impossible for the other players to catch up to him because they simply did not have enough time.

The knee wall idea (done properly with top and bottom plates and 16" OC) will transfer and distribute the weight load across the entire length of the house which will in fact catch those intersecting bearing walls.

But eventually they do catch up.
