And if so, what is the cost and prospect for collecting something, certainly not all, but something.My thinking is that if it shows up on their credit, it may hamper employment, car purchases, rental applications, education funding, etc and at some point they would need to pay me to go forward with some major life steps over the next 10 years.

The first thing they do is obsess over chasing leads.Without credibility, you will have a really hard time getting leads.Dress well, speak proper English, know your s&)t, have a website, that has a web presence, have a youtube channel where you educate your ideal audience, have an Instagram where you show your accomplishments, have a Facebook page with a ton of engagement, have a decent car, put a car magnet on it with your logo if you have to.

If they think you discriminate - well that is you anyways so you also get sued.There are like 2M posts on BP and not one has been able to show how you can be protected.There were some like "oh you get into a car accident", well you own the LLC so yes they can still go after your assets...

I am getting out of my 500$/month car for a cash car, which should lower my insurance also(310$).Part of me wants to get a cheap piece of land to live on in a decked-out container in between the areas of the markets posted below.

If you have credit card debt from the rehab, you're under the gun to either get it rented, or sell it (and being under the gun usually leads to poor business decisions, like renting to unqualified tenants or forced selling). ...as I always say "the best time to buy a car is when you don't need a car, and the best time to sell a house is when you don't need to sell a house" ...If renting it is too much of a hassle, and you go to sell it, you may find that it sits on the market for months (because again, sub-$100k properties are usually a very niche thing)...if you have credit card debt from the rehab, and the property isn't renting or selling, that's obviously a bad situation...It's also worth considering how much this property will rent for after the rehab.
