Financing & Loans: What are the best loan options for short-term rentals?

We had advice from real estate agents, contractors, friends and lawyers from other regions.

I know the seacoast of NH has been mentioned here but I wanted to point out a few options that could be considered.Hampton, a popular coastal town, has strong demand for multifamily units near the beach and a robust short-term rental market, especially in summer.

Obviously there are properties and investments that are exceptions but since we're discussing nearly unlimited budgets, my first look for a legacy estate would be begin in other areas.

I still think that the appreciation question boils down to the "Do people with options want to live here?"

This way, you build income-generating assets first while keeping future options open.

I have a few friends that do MTRs in the Denver area and they are doing well. 

Might be time to have a conversation about expectations—or consider other options if he’s not the right fit.
