Does a roller or brush cost more too ?

After a couple hundred in paint , tape , rollers and brushes , she taped off everything .

The demand and quality/age of houses in those areas drive prices above what can be justified for rentals, as the rent rate doesn't reflect these increased values.In Cleveland, you have 16K houses though, and million plus homes, painting with a broad brush (Cleveland is a good market to invest, Cleveland's housing stock is old) is the same as USA today saying housing is down.

I am currently doing a flip and will use enamel on the exterior trim on it, but I forgot how much I hate cleanup of brushes and work area.

I live out in the country, and have a brush pile that I burn from time to time.

With a 2.5" angle brush for cut-ins and an 18" roller, I can easily put a single coat on 4 walls in an hour.

The last two small kitchens I have redone with white cabinets, I used the Ben Moore Advance and brushed it on (a really nice low VOC if you have used old school oil based in the past for cabinets).
