Business has slowed:1) Pricing is getting breath-taking2) City of Portland rules targeting landlords and evictions becoming draconian3) We've had about 8 years of rent increases and tenant's are maxxing out.My gut is it'll be better than 2009.

Send a certified letter stating I’m Removing the ramp if the proper steps getting this up to code and permitted. ( I don’t think any landlord would hold their breathe on a tenant doing that).

That's allowable and reasonable. but for some strange reason, in the post right before this you made, you stated that it is never allowable.in the next breath you define it as “allowable and reasonable“
