Just to paint a picture of that unit its needs a lot of cleaning and the dog smell is terrible.
Account Closed NO Pets Policy Scenario- tenant has a doctors note to have a dog. Other tenant gives doctors note of severe pet alergies. who wins?

I take great care of my buildings and market them as per allergy free, and attract tenants that don’t like pets (smell, noise, etc. ).

The body was un-related to the fire and the poor fellow had been there for nearly five years - corner says he died in June 2010 (suicide was the cause put forward) and somehow none of the tenants smelled the decomposing body during that first summer.I promptly called the owner and offered to buy the property - hoping it was sufficiently damaged to warrant a teardown.

It goes on with every business, even the auto industry uses Wholesalers, if I were are realtor, I wouldn't fight it, it's a loosing battle, I'd try to benefit from it, by becoming a broker, then I'd rent a desk to you and have you wholesale for me.

Elisabeth, The military move out provision is not really for the tenant's benefit whatsoever as they already have that right legally regardless of what you say, so it is really just if you get orders to move back you can kick them out no harm no foul
