I think less people living together means less chance of having a party...Check with the city to see if there are any limitations- I recently found out that we can't rent to more than 3 unrelated adults, it is against code.  

Not sure why they haven't bought a house, seems like 4 adults could save up and move out after that amount of time.

Typically only those adults listing in the agreement can legally reside at the property.

I followed all the rules and have been a responsible adult.

Anyone with an adult child under 26 who can stay on their parent's (privately paid for) plan should be equally thrilled.  

What is more heartbreaking is the masses of people who don't have a future because nobody taught them how to be responsible as adults.
