How are the compassionate abused while the heartless thrive? 

They see a dog with a vest, assume it's yet another person who ordered one of those phony kits online, and keep driving.As a landlord, a sometimes-renter, and someone with a family member that actually qualifies for an ESA (a real one with all the special training), it annoys me to no end to see people abusing the system like that. 

Court officer says she uses and abuses the system like this in almost every house she lives in and has moved 30 times in 30 years.

Not every vash vet is a drug abusing crazy, broken back still getting treatment but disability is permanent.

I can imagine it is an abused method though. 

The father is the problem...not so much a sweetheart or he would have fixed this issue the first time it surfaced and would not allow his daughters to be abused (it is nothing short of child abuse when a child is taught foul language and how to disrespect others).  

Etc etc etc. if they are over 65 and have living relatives I’d have them sign off on the deal so you aren’t accused of elder abuse in 10 years. could be a great deal, no realtor fees for them, no loan origination or interest for you.

I have photos of the damage and video of this guest abusing my property. 

People who need assistance should have it;  those that abuse that gift should not.  

The main benefits of attended stores are that someone is there keeping the place clean at all times (ideally), someone is watching your equipment so people don't abuse it, someone is there to help customers when there is a problem with a machine, and you can offer other services to supplement the laundromat, like a fluff and fold service or a small store.Verifying the financials is the trickiest part of buying a laundromat because it is an all cash business.
