I am puzzled here, everything else looks good on them, except for the liens so I don't know if I should rent to them or not. 

But there is nothing in the purchase process that helps you with the management piece of the puzzle.  

I do it because I like working all the pieces of the puzzle and it makes me money.  

Rather, internalize and implement the content of those experiencing success.I am new and just trying to put the pieces to the puzzle together myself.Therefore, I’m here on BP’s and other places, where I’m following Leaders, such as @JerryllNorton who are providing not only credible suggestions (SOLID VALUE) But as a bonus, Jerryll is providing “Social Proof!”

Sorry for the elementary question, I feel that this is the only thing I am still not clear on that may be my final piece of the puzzle. 

Would you have referrals as to the other pieces of the puzzle (agent, PM, contractor) if we take this route since we plan on doing this long distance.Thank you.Smiles,Marge  

The philosophy "if they accept your first offer you paid too much" makes a lot of sense as long as you're not unreasonable and you nail one now and then.So if all other pieces of the puzzle (area, condition, rents, etc.) are okay, is it reasonable to start at 70% or 75%?

And the big piece of the puzzle that is outside my core competency is the actual rehab work, which is why I hire out the sub-contractors.

I was truly puzzled by that; why would those old timers varnish around a rug?
