Looking for Live in Fix and Flip property

Hello,

I am going to be moving to the Youngstown Ohio area in August and am looking for a property to purchase where I can live in it and fix it up. Are there any wholesalers out there that have a 3-4 bedroom home in Youngstown, Boardman, Lowellville, or Austintown area that needs a face lift?
