And besides, I would prefer an investor who pulls out of a deal because it didn't pencil than for some "princess" to dislike a property because the lighting fixtures weren't her color, or the home wasn't feng shui.

It was a smaller town and the city inspector would only go to the area when he would spend half a day doing inspections, took almost a month to get the final inspection and another month to get the COO permit. royal pain
