Like many (most) businesses it requires an investment of capital; money expenditure for ongoing marketing; management of operating, marketing and professional personnel; keeping accounting records and filing tax returns; established sales practices; constant monitoring of goals, budgets, and productivity; establishment and implementation of operational systems; and providing customer service.

I havent studied the area much but what little I do know is it operates on a different wavelength to some extent due to the amount of military personnel there.I believe with the drawdown of troops from overseas areas around Junction 2-5 years ago were on a building boom - not sure if it's still happening like that or not.

Building personnel accompanies the lookers, but I believe during these showings, either during or after, my apartment was burglarized.

I could just hire a lawyer directly (and for less based on what most are saying).In most states PMC personnel are NOT allowed to represent an owner in court.Please check your state laws before repeating your statement about this!
